Hand-harvested on September 19th, the Mourvèdre grapes were foot-tread and fermented 100% whole cluster with native yeast, basket pressed, then aged in five neutral oak barrels for ten months, then bottled July 12th 2018.
A well-balanced, light-bodied Moscato with beautiful scents of white peaches, rose, and lychee and a lingering finish of sweet and creamy peach and honeydew melon flavors.
Golden in color, with a slight ivory hue. The nose opens on citrus aromas, especially lemon and grapefruit, then with airing develops hawthorn and jasmine notes as well as a touch of fresh apricot.

Grand Cru “rich and structured” with a dark and glistening robe. Concentrated nose with fragrances of dark fruits, spices, undergrowth and distinguished oak notes. The tones of red berry jam are expressed, the scent of honey and red orange is also noticeable. An interesting balance of sweetness and acidity is felt, which makes it even more attractive and memorable. Serve at 6-7°C. Goes well with crispy cakes.

100% Pinot Noir. Dark plum red in color, the nose of this wine is packed with dark cherries and wild thyme aromas. The palate is soft and luscious, overflowing with sweet fruit. Ripe tannins offer suppleness to the palate, well-balanced by a lingering savory finish. Incredible on a cold winter's night with spicy Asian or pizza.

The Psagot Sinai White is delicately floral, fruity, elegant and refreshing. With aromas of rose petals, melon and citrus, the palate is fresh and fleshy with soft notes of peach and citrus.
Smooth and enticing cherry and strawberry on the nose. Vanilla features heavily on the palette with almost chocolate and nutmeg. Warm and textured finish. Dark ruby color, red and dark fruit in the taste. Nice fruity nose.
An uncomplicated wine ideal with fresh fruit based desserts and mild soft cheeses. Full bodied wine with honeysuckle and rose petals in bouquet. Rich and smooth with beautifully balanced sugar and acid give an extra interest by a touch of honeyed botrytis.
