A very good example of a coastal sauvignon, this one comes from the San Antonio Valley, from vineyards about 15 miles from the Pacific. It has intense herbal aromas and a bit of white fruit and floral tones. It's powerful in acidity, with a creamy, agile body. A perfect companion for any fish and shellfish menu.

This late ripening provides the optimal harvest brix, tannin and acid needed for high quality wine making without the use of sulfites.
