The Netofa Tel Qasser Red is a Rhone blend aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Deep purple in color, fresh blackberries and raspberries on the nose followed by dried violets, lavender as well as hints of grilled meat and black pepper.
Dalton's Canaan Red is a flavorful blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petite Sirah. A medium-bodied red wine bursting with flavors of forest fruit, berries, and hints of vanilla and cloves, this is a wine that is easy to drink. Best if served at room temperature, around 61 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit. Pairs well with pasta and pizza.

This reserve wine is meticulously crafted from grapes harvested from the finest plots. The blend is carefully composed and then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 9 months. The captivating aroma is centered around red fruits, accompanied by delicate hints of vanilla. This wine is unique to the winery, and is composed of 63% Merlot and 37% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It is bright Red, with flavors and aromas of strawberry, raspberry and citrus. Suitable as a dessert wine, serve very chilled.
This wine is composed of 61% Shiraz, 20% Zinfandel, 12% Marselan and 7% Grenache, deriving from various regions in the Negev. Each wine was aged individually in large oak vats and concrete vats for 9 months. This created a refreshing fruity wine that will pair well with Mediterranean cuisine.
