The wine is aged unfiltered for 18 months in French oak barrels. On the palate, luscious aromas of dark fruit leading to elegant layers of blackberry, black cherry and hints of spice and warm saddle leather on the nose, with a lasting and well balanced finish.
The Netofa Tel Qasser Red is a Rhone blend aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Deep purple in color, fresh blackberries and raspberries on the nose followed by dried violets, lavender as well as hints of grilled meat and black pepper.
The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors. Tasting notes include blackberry, plum, cranberry, coffee, and chocolate.
