Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon is simply one of the finest Cabernet Sauvignons produced in Israel. Only perfect grapes from carefully-chosen vineyards make it to the winery for this lot. Once crushed winemakers Yaakov Berg and Joshua Hexter manage the fermenting must with the utmost care and respect.
This dry white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Judea and Samaria regions of Israel. The grapes were harvested early, and matured for 10 months in French oak barrels, and underwent batonnage (stirring of the lees in a barrel) once a week.
