Stéphane Usseglio, son of Raymond, has taken over the domaine in the last few years and he is pushing to reach the potential of the family’s holdings, some of he best of Châteauneuf. Half his vines are situated near the road in the lieu-dit “La Crau” and the other half on the hill across the road from the actual ruins of the new castle of the Pope.
A series of light, accessible, especially aromatic, happy and enjoyable wines, with a naturally low alcohol percentage, with a slight bubble and a gentle sweetness. The wines are made in the style of the Italian "Muscato de Asti".

The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors.
Mosaic is Shiloh's flagship. The wine has an opaque and dark-purple color. It has intense fruit aromas, along with black raspberry, roasted coffee beans, and a cacao bouquet.
