A sweet and precise dessert wine with layers of tropical fruit, citrus peels and sweet spices, along with a subtle minerality. Has a dominant and very long ending. Made of Gewurztraminer grapes from a late harvest from vineyards in the Upper Galilee. The wine matured for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Straw yellow with green reflections. Bouquet is intense and typical of the variety. There are sharp sensations of delicate white flowers, peach and hawthorn. Sweet, pleasantly cool, with a sparkling light that makes it enjoyable.

This full bodied and complex Chardonnay exhibits all of the elegant characteristics of the varietal grown in this renowned appellation with top notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Enjoy this wine slightly chilled with herb roasted chicken or almond crusted fish. The structure of this wine will allow it to age for up to 5 years if properly stored at 55°-60°F
Goose Bay Pinot Gris is an homage to the great Pinot Gris wines of Alsace, with a distinct New World edge. Sourced from Marlborough, where incredible white wine grapes seem to grow in every nook and cranny, the wine has a brilliant gold color from four months' aging in French oak.
The Gush Etzion Lone Oak Gewürztraminer is a semi-dry white wine full of complexity and flavor that will delight your senses. The wine features a greenish straw color and exudes strong, intense aromas of tropical fruit and floral notes on the nose. The palate is highlighted by delicate and flavorful notes of green apple and pear, with crisp and pleasant acidity and a long, tasty finish.

This special dessert wine is made from Gewürztraminer grapes, using ancient Madeira-style technology based on late harvest of fully ripe grapes, most of which are shriveled. The wine is aged in outdoor oak barrels for a year.
