Our Silver stands out for a touch more sweetness than most Tequilas, and presents beautiful notes of citrus. We love that this Tequila is spicy and peppery on the tongue and cheeks, but perfectly smooth on the back of the throat.
Expertly crafted as the perfect accompaniment to a fine cigar. Matured in ex-bourbon casks then 10 yr old Matusalem sherry butts and finally finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. Cinnamon, vanilla, and red fruit aromas with toffee notes. Orange zest finish.
Fine, distinguished. On the first nose, a herbaceous, salty and empyreumatic (sleet) peat clearly dominates. Allowed to breathe, it makes way for fruits (apple, pear, Canary melon), flowers (lily, carnation) and mint, all of which bring lots of momentum to the aroma palette.
