The ingredients and whiskey-making process of Jack Daniel's 12-year-old Tennessee Whiskey is the same as Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey - 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. Unaged whiskey is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before entering into the barrel.
The only 100 proof tequila imported to the United States from Mexico. Full Agave flavor with aromas of white pepper and citrus. It has a floral and fruity finish.
XO is a blend of 15 different wine brandy spirits from the unique collection of David Sarajishvili’s spirit reserve. The average age of spirits is 14-18 years, some are as old as 30 years.
Batch 03 Released in 2024. It’s been 100 years or so since the Jack Daniel Distillery released a whiskey of 10 years of age or greater. Evolving Jack Daniel’s past aged-stated whiskey process, these Tennessee Whiskey barrels have been aging in the Buzzard’s Roost of our barrelhouse, and methodically relocated to the lower floors of different barrel houses to extend the aging process for the last 10 summers.
Doubled distilled and then rested in California red-wine barrels for 18 months. Their process develops a unique balance of vanilla, caramel, nutmeg and chocolate notes. Awarded a Double Gold by the New York Wine & Spirits Competition.
The selection of cherries and their blending is the secret of the delicate aroma and roundness of Joseph Cartron Crème de Cerise. Two carefully chosen varieties enter its composition: the Burlat black cherry brings body, roundness and structure while the Montmorency sour cherry gives all its liveliness, its delicious acidity and its length in the mouth to this cherry cream.
