The Redbreast Kentucky Oak Edition is triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured in American Bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso Sherry butts. Then it’s finished for a minimum of 4 months in hand selected, air-dried American Oak from the Taylor family farm in Kentucky.

Nose: Upon Uncorking: notes of oak and wood char are notable. Nose: After Breathing: complex scents of dark fruit and sweet corn. Finish: A lingering finish mellows, leaving sweet tobacco and rye flavors with a slightly dry mouth feel.

The English name refers to the light colour of the bark of some species. American Oak trees grow much faster than most European Oak species and can live for hundreds of years.
Tequila Pueblo Viejo Blanco is 100% de Agave and produced at San Matias, which is one of the oldest distilleries in Mexico. Tequila Pueblo Viejo blanco is colorless, full, and slightly pungent on the attack.Light agave intensity and sencillo agave complexity. Herbal, artichoke, and ripe apple aromas dominate. Low sweetness and thin to medium mouth feel. Some pepper and sweet caramel flavors with hints of agave. Hot, medium finish with a sweet, apple flavor.
