First fill XO rum casks are used to finish this whiskey and give it the sweetness of stone fruits. It’s a tribute to the role Irish emigrants played in the development of rum plantations in the Caribbean in the 17th century, but it speaks loud and clear to us today with a bold, fruit-forward style.

The finish is fruit heavy with sweet rum fading slowly. A perfectly balanced rum punch. We did not think a canned rum punch could taste this good!
