We carefully shaved Japanese Yamada Nishiki down to 28% and brewed it into a mellow-tasting liquor. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel a dry and sharp taste, and soon you will feel the gentle sweet aroma of Yamada Nishiki in the back of your nose.
This is a delightful sake, equally good with or without food. Aromas include jasmine flowers, apple cider, strawberry, sweet Asian pear, sweet tea and baking spices. Made with Gohyakumangoku sake rice from Toyama Prefecture and underground water from the Tateyama Mountain Range. When you put it inyour mouth, the gorgeous rice flavor spreads out and the aftertastelingers for a long time.
