Our Añejo is a private recipe refined over many generations by an artisan distilling family in Amatitán.
Aged for 18 months in American oak barrels, resulting in a dark amber color, rich caramel notes with vanilla wafer and banana essences on the nose and a full-bodied mouthfeel, complete with wood notes. It produces a lasting silk finish with hints of dark chocolate and honey.
Matured for more than 14 months with the same barrel aging process until it reaches its indulgent aroma of dark cacao, dried fruit, and toasted oak. Each sip, an elegant taste of toffee, apricot, oak, and chestnut.
Round, smooth, tingling. A full, balanced blend that starts with brown sugar sweetness, fades to soft oak and clean agave.
Aged for 12 months in new oak barrels with a thick body and notes of cinnamon. This anjeo is smooth with deep oak aromas and flavors. Finish is warm, medium and oaky, as well as being filled with real agave flavors. Perfect for sipping.
