Produced exclusively from our vineyard in the Domaine du Foucaudat located in Juillac Le Coq, a family property found in the heart of the Grande Champagne, 1er Cru of the Cognac region.

Pasquinet XO Extra Cognac is a premium French spirit crafted with exceptional care and aged to perfection for a rich, smooth flavor. Presented in an elegant tall bottle with a golden lion emblem, it offers notes of dried fruits, oak, and subtle spices.
You'll first notice gourmet aromas such as banana and caramelized pears. Then a subtle sweetness appears, and notes of vanilla & coconut mixed with spicy and menthol are revealed. It is soft, round and gourmand.

Chabasse VSOP Cognac has a warm golden color, a dominant floral nose with long-lasting aromas, and a rich palate featuring a strong burst of fruit and excellent length. Aged for at least four years in French Limousin oak casks, this well-balanced blend comes from the Chabasse family estate, founded in 1818.
Deep, golden copper. Aromas of orchard fruits (crystallized plums and apples), roasted notes (mocha coffee, toasted almonds, vetiver), and rich spice (cinnamon, orange tree flower, honey, and beeswax).
Amber colour. On the nose, musky and vinous aromas (old Semillon), with a waxed sidelined with acetic notes. On the palate, greedy attack, the first notes confirm this characteristic nose, with a predominance of nutmeg and liquorice.
