The fourth and final entry in this legendary series, Hardy Perfection Terre Earth Cognac is a blend of eaux-de-vie, with some of its components reaching back to the pre-phylloxera era of the 1870s.
On the nose, pleasant floral notes and a beautiful aromatic complexity punctuated with subtle woody touches. An overall elegance typical of aged Cognacs from Grande Champagne.
Chabasse VS de Luxe Cognac has a golden amber hue, a nose of fine vanilla, warm spices, and sweet floral notes, and a fresh, fruity palate with a medium-length finish. Aged for at least two years in Limousin oak barrels, it offers a lively and harmonious experience, making it a perfect aperitif for summer evenings.
Deep, golden copper. Aromas of orchard fruits (crystallized plums and apples), roasted notes (mocha coffee, toasted almonds, vetiver), and rich spice (cinnamon, orange tree flower, honey, and beeswax).
Gold color. Bright, fresh, spicy aromas and flavors of raisin-peach compote, apple bread pudding, chocolate, and sandalwood with a silky, bright, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, delightful, medium-long praline, baking spices, and cola finish.
Founded in 1755, Maison Gautier is one of the oldest Cognac Houses. The natural humidity of the Gautier cellars, located just above the river, helps the eaux-de-vie to age harmoniously before they are blended into a Cognac that is smooth, rounded and rich.
Its fine bouquet and lingering aftertaste are the results of a very-special distillation on fine lees. The short period it spends in new oak barrels from the Limousin forest gives Frapin VS its unique color, its roundness, and brings an extra touch of vanilla.
This cognac has a deep golden color with amber shades. A complex bouquet with aromas of citrus, peach, sandal wood and light leather notes. The taste is round and well-balanced with silk tannins.
Amber colour. On the nose, musky and vinous aromas (old Semillon), with a waxed sidelined with acetic notes. On the palate, greedy attack, the first notes confirm this characteristic nose, with a predominance of nutmeg and liquorice.
