Purple in color, the wine is dominated by piercing aromas of forest berries. The wine is full-bodied, with medium tannins and pleasant acidity.

The yield of vineyards in the village of Khvanchkara does not exceed 7 tons / ha. Wine is produced in the traditional way - After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby retaining its natural sweetness and freshness. The wine goes well with spicy meat dishes, spicy cheeses and chocolate cakes.
