This wine perfecty preserves aroma typical to these varieties displayed with fresh grapes, quince and wild flowers flavor deliciously combined with oak and vanilla notes remaining with long finish. Recommended serving temperature 52-54°F.
QVEVRI Rkatsiteli is a light amber color wine with orange hunts, made In a traditional ancient way. Nose is intense, with aromas of white fruits and fine herbs flavours. Mouth is complex and mineral, finishing on herby aromas and fresh tannins.
Qvevri Saperavi is a deep red color wine with dark purple hints, made in traditional ancient way. Nose is intense, offering aromas of fresh ripe red fruits and minty flavours. Tasting Profile: A lighter-bodied, ruby-colored red, with tangy, fruity notes on the palate—cherries, damsons and the like. Richly flavored, with ripe tannins and some acidity. There is a slight, underlying spice to this wine.

Beautifully fruit-driven with sappy cherry aroma; the palate is succulent and dense; with layers of mint and blackberries. After one week of maceration this wine is aged in neutral 2000-liter casks for nine months. Pair with mild to slightly spicy dishes with red meat as well as Spanish and Mexican food.
The ancient Georgian word "Gemieri" is translated as "tasty". A hand-picked variation of carefully selected and ripe grapes from the microzones Sviri in Imereti and Tsinandali in Kakheti. After separating from the stems, the berries are cooled to 4-6 ° C and pressed with controlled pressure. The fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at the optimum temperature.
