Khidistauri Is a dry red wine made from Tavkveri, Shavkapito, Goruli mtsvane and Chinuri grape varieties originated from the Kartli region. The wine is fermented in the oak vats, it has ruby color and delicious aromas of forest berries. It is mouthfeel, medium-bodied wine with long finish that perfectly pairs with the steak and chicken dishes.

With a bouquet of berries and pomegranate, it complements meats, cheeses and desserts.
Dry white wine of protected designation of origin Tsinandali is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from the highest quality grape varieties. Cultivated in Tsinandali micro zone. The wine has a pale gold color, fruity flavor and balanced taste. This wine is recommended together with salads, cheese, dishes from poultry and fish under the temperature of 50 °F - 57 °F.
Produced from Kisi grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhet region. Fermentation is driven by natural yeast. Aged in oak barrels. This amber color wine with elegant palate is delivering ripened pear, tobacco and dried fruit aromas, with the hint of black tea. Silky tannins give the wine a rare, velvety finish. The 2021 Ried Loibenberg Loibner Riesling Smaragd is deep intense and ripe on the nose but also pure and fresh with notes of crushed stones and tropical yellow stone fruits. Dense and intense on the substantial palate this is a full-bodied concentrated and sustainably structured Loibenberg with great intensity grip and mineral tension. The finish is very long intense and quite powerful and still dominated by its ripe fruit.
Kisi grape were selected from our old vineyards, and fermented for six months in the traditional clay vessel - Ovevri buried in the ground in our wine cellar. After the primary fermentation the wine is pressed and transferred to the French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation. Aromas of dried peach, pines and white flowers, The palate is full, with flavors of black tea and pears supported by firm tannins, followed by a long lingering finish.
