The pomegranate fruit is harvested when fully ripe, producing a deeply flavored, soft, and harmonious Wine. The resulting Wine is supple, tart, and fruity and has good structure and freshness. Medium bodied, refreshing aftertaste.
Deep, dark ruby color. Full harmonic taste with overtones of black currant and sweet cherry, finished with a chocolate aftertaste. This wine has a honey aroma, a slight bouquet of black plums and cherry. Alc 14% by vol.
Light orange color wine with golden highlights, made in Qvevri, traditional ancient technology. Intense aromas of dried apricot, yellow peach and melon. The palate is soft and rich, with elegant citrus custard notes. Long finish with silky tannins.
The tones of red berry jam are expressed, the scent of honey and red orange is also noticeable. An interesting balance of sweetness and acidity is felt, which makes it even more attractive and memorable. Serve at 6-7°C. Goes well with crispy cakes.

QVEVRI Rkatsiteli is a light amber color wine with orange hunts, made In a traditional ancient way. Nose is intense, with aromas of white fruits and fine herbs flavours. Mouth is complex and mineral, finishing on herby aromas and fresh tannins.
Appellation controlled white dry wine produced from specially selected Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes grown in Tsinandali appellation of Kakheti region. This wine perfecty preserves aroma typical to these varieties displayed with fresh grapes, quince and wild flowers flavor deliciously combined with oak and vanilla notes remaining with long finish. Recommended serving temperature 52-54°F.
The red berry characteristics of the vinifera grape Cabernet Franc translate as an Icewine into strawberry like aromas and flavors. This Icewine is completely different from the white Icewines. The color comes from pressing only as there is no skin contact during fermentation. The earlier it is harvested, the darker the color and the deeper the flavors.
