The wine made from Merlot grapes from Vineyard Ein Zeitim in the Upper Galilee, considered one of the best growing areas in the country. The unique vineyards and barrels, have been carefully selected by the winery’s winemakers team specifically for this wine.

Meticulous, selective harvesting, sorting, and fermentation process, of four noble grape varietals. followed by aging in high-quality French oak barrels and further aging in the bottle, retained the original fruit flavors. A unique blend of Upper Galilee- Mount Meron- vineyards. Grapes were manually and selectively harvested at dawn, from carefully selected plots on the northern slopes of the mountain, which enjoy an ideal climate for growing high-quality, noble grape varieties. Dedicated care and personal attention to the vines yielded perfect grape clusters, which underwent meticulous sorting upon reaching the adjacent winery and controlled, supervised fermentation. This precision let to superb extraction, which was aged in fine French oak barrels.

This dry white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Judea and Samaria regions of Israel. The grapes were harvested early, and matured for 10 months in French oak barrels, and underwent batonnage (stirring of the lees in a barrel) once a week.
The harvest of the Petite Sirah grapes for this Secret Reserve Petite Sirah is carefully done by hand and at night from the best vineyards in the Holy Land. This wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months. Only the best barrels are chosen before bottling.
