The wine is dark and concentrated, bursting with scents of raspberries, blueberries, and slightly sweet plum, surrounded by abundant aromas of toasted oak, coffee, and earth. It has a rich, heavy body with an outstanding ripe fruit flavor, caressing sweetness, and delightful tartness. It pairs well with rich meats or stews.
Dalton's Canaan Red is a flavorful blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petite Sirah. A medium-bodied red wine bursting with flavors of forest fruit, berries, and hints of vanilla and cloves, this is a wine that is easy to drink. Best if served at room temperature, around 61 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit. Pairs well with pasta and pizza.
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah- The nose is brimming with aromas of black currants and figs. Our first Chenin Blanc was meticulously harvested early in the season to retain its acidity and aromas. This wine underwent partial aging in the finest oak barrels. Exhibiting a bright straw hue, this well-structured wine boasts aromas reminiscent of fresh spring flowers, guava, ripe citrus fruit, and Anjou pear.

The Argaman variety, which was developed at the Volcani Institute in Israel, produces wines with deep purple color, and pronounced fresh fruit aroma. The Argaman is a strong growing, vigorous variety. It has been used mainly to improve the color of inexpensive table wines.
