Weiss Winery continues the tradition of the family's grandfather, who founded the first winery in Mátészalka, Hungary, in 1882. This special blend is named after one hundred founders of the Mea Shearim neighborhood of Jerusalem. The grapes were harvested by hand from old vineyards, underwent long fermentations, and aged for 26 months in high-quality French oak barrels.
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah- The nose is brimming with aromas of black currants and figs. The grapes have been carefully selected to impart a tightly-knit structure and a pleasant jammy texture. The Essence Malbec grapes originate from a vineyard site which has a unique and ideal microclimate. This site in the Ayalon Valley has a distinguishing airflow, allowing the vines to cool in the evening from the average daily temperatures.
The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors.

The grapes for the Secret Reserve Petit Verdot are night-harvested from the finest vineyards in the Holy Land, and then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, which contribute to its complexity and balance. Dark purple in color, with powerful fruit, aromas of spice, as well as intense multilayered flavors, this is a wine for those seeking excellence. Aging will further enhance this outstanding wine. This wine is unfiltered.
