The Carmel Selected Merlot is a new addition to the Carmel Selected series. This Judean Hills Semi-dry blush rose wine is aromatic, refreshing, light and fruity.
The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors.
1848 Winery Special Reserve is a premium red wine from Israel’s renowned Galilee region, crafted with meticulous care and tradition. Featuring a rich and complex profile with notes of dark berries, oak, and subtle spice, it offers a well-balanced structure with a smooth, lingering finish.
This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot, which means that the grapes will not be revealed but I'm guessing there is either some Syrah or Zinfandel due to the spicy nature of the wine.

The grapes for this elegant and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc were night harvested from our finest highest quality vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains. The nose displays lifted, rich citrus and melon fruit, and finishes with a refreshing minerality.

A unique blend of Upper Galilee- Mount Meron- vineyards. Grapes were manually and selectively harvested at dawn, from carefully selected plots on the northern slopes of the mountain, which enjoy an ideal climate for growing high-quality, noble grape varieties.
This blend of famed Rhone varietal grapes, Syrah and Mourvedre, is grown in Netofa's vineyards in the lower Galilee, near the famous Kerem ben Zimra. This area is well known for having one of the best climates in israel for grape growing. Beautiful clean garnet wrapped in a royal purple robe with violets, blueberries/raspberries with a gentle note of sweet vanilla. Medium-bodied with raspberries, blueberries, plums with bracing acidity, spicy-sweet vanilla/searing tannins on a moderately long finish.
A dry red wine, dark, with a nose of dried fruit, candied cherry, and prune. These aromas are joined by scents of caramel and vanilla together with the sweetness of wood. The wine has a velvety smooth body, and a slightly sweet finish filled with fruit.
Light golden in color, with a nose of tropical fruit such as pineapple, guava and mango with a touch of honeysuckle. Medium bodied, pleasantly sweet, with notes of candied grapefruit, ripe guava, baked apple, lemon lifesaver, refreshing acidity with a moderately long, honeyed finish. A delicious dessert wine.
Full bodied red wine. Deep ruby red in colour, on the nose, aromas of plum and blackberry with notes of spices. Medium tannins. Low acidity. Rich and intense red wine in style.
