Marom Shamai 2021 is a dry red wine, made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a powerful Bordeaux-Red color, an aroma of very ripe, shriveled black fruit, cherry, blueberry, plum and raspberry, with a background of long aging in fine oak barrels, a concentrated, oily, complex taste and a smooth, long, impressive finish.

This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot, which means that the grapes will not be revealed but I'm guessing there is either some Syrah or Zinfandel due to the spicy nature of the wine.
