The Expressionist Shiraz displays deep ruby red with brilliant hues. The nose reveals plum fruit aromas with hints of pepper and spice. Lifted berry and plum flavors are complimented by smooth tannins.
The Expressionist movement originated in the 20th century and was explored initially through poetry and painting to present ideas solely from a subjective perspective. Pale yellow in color, with delightful aromas of dried herbs, citrus, jalapeno, crushed nettle and tomato leaf. One the palate, the wine is full bodied and has lovely textural mouthfeel with a touch of fruit sweetness balanced by salivating acidity that provides length, focus and clarity to the finish.
[yellow tail] Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color with vibrant citrus, passion fruit, and fresh grassy scents on the nose and a tantalizing palate of fresh tropical fruits, passionfruit, and lime.
The vintage 2021 is Shiraz dominant lending bright raspberry fruit and plush tannin structure with Cabernet Sauvignon to provide blackberry fruits, palate weight and structure and then Grenache to provide spice and fruit sweetness on the palate.
