A grain-to-glass celebration of the American pioneer spirit. Made from scratch from Pacific Northwest two-row barley, fermented with American ale yeast for outstanding flavor, double-pot distilled for exceptional character, matured in new American oak barrels.
The intriguing dark rosewood color of this wine is accentuated by tantalizing aromas. The dominant fruit scents favor black plums, currants and other darker fruits, with more complex aromas of graphite and smoked meats.
This Pinot Noir offers aromas of ripe raspberry, cherry cola, and dried herbs. The palate is silky and elegant, with flavors of red plum, wild strawberry, and a hint of clove.
Nysa Vineyard Pinot come from 31-year-old, own rooted vines planted in deep Jory soil at 650 feet elevation at a due eastern aspect. The farming is organic and sparing as the vines have achieved a lovely balance emphasizing the distinctive character of the site.
The Clos Electrique Rouge from 2021 is an astounding wine with notes of leather, porcini mushrooms, forest floor and a dose of plums bringing in the finish. Its perfect silky mouth and a nice round finish cry for a café 90’s Duck l’orange, chanterelles sautéed with butter and sherry, a Ribeye cooked to perfection or perhaps even cardboard.
Dark, brooding color with purple edges. A unique viscosity to this wine in the glass and immediate savory spices drifting outward. Dark red berries, Hawaiian starfruit, root beer cask, and sweet bark emerge as you lean in.
The Pinot noir was harvested coldand allowed to push a cap before getting one homogenizing pumpover as primary fermentation began. Ina year that was hot and drythere was a threat of heaviness, sothe wine saw minimal cap management, gentle press downs or pumpovers as the fermentation temperature peaked,and was pressed when dry.

X Novo Chardonnay 2019 from Eola-Amity Hills is a beautifully crafted Oregon white wine with elegance and depth. It offers bright citrus and green apple notes, complemented by subtle minerality and a creamy texture.
In 1986, a small block of Abbey Ridge vineyard was specially planted with the Martin Ray Massale of Pino Noir. Now, 30 years later, we harvested and fermented these vines separately to produce 2 berrels of an exceptional wine.
