"Maharis" is a Sicilian red wine based on Syrah grapes which is characterized by a Mediterranean, silky and enveloping sip. The nose is a riot of red fruit, accompanied by fine hints of sweet spices, hints of leather, Mediterranean scrub and mineral imprints.
A very fine and elegant example. The excellent orange flavour has such depth and complexity, it is an explosion to the senses. Juicy, zesty, ripe orange that has the perfect amount of bitterness and sweetness.
Intense ruby red in color, with garnet hints. On the nose, the wine expresses floral notes with delicate and intense violet notes. On the palate it’s a harmonious and well-defined wine with elegant tannins and a sapid and mineral persistence.
