Nomine-Renard Brut is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. 75% of wine from 3 years old and 25% of reserve wine. From the youngest to the oldest plots up to 70 years old, the average age of our vineyard is 35 years old.
Simonnet-Febvre Chablis is a crisp and mineral-driven French white. It greets with alluring aromas of green apple, citrus, and a touch of flinty notes. Château ARBO 2019, is a dense purple colour. On the nose, a fine and subtle bouquet revealing notes of blackberries, cherries and peppermint. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well supported by the freshness of its structure. The tannins are fine and well-integrated, with a juicy and fruity finish.
This unique bottling is a blend of Cognacs coming from ten demijohns dated from 1853-1906. So all of the Cognacs in the blend are well over 100 years old and almost all of the blend comes from the 19th century (making it considerably older than the most famous, big brand prestige cuvées like Louis XIII or Richard Hennessy).

For red varieties, harvests began on 21 September for the ‘old’ Merlot and finished on 8 October with the Cabernet Sauvignon. The red wines are extraordinarily fruity with a deep color, powerful aromas, and silky tannins with a high concentration of polyphenols.
