A new addition to the Glengoyne core range, this single malt bottling has spent a quarter of a century maturing in first-fill European oak sherry casks kept in traditional dunnage-style warehouses.
From a distillery located right on the Highlands and the Lowlands border, this 10 Yr is dominated by the malt. The nose is full, refined and elegant and the palate light and fruity. Has an interesting finish, marked by some malty notes, and hints of walnut.
Glengoyne is a distillery like no other. Taking its name from the glen in which it sits. - 'Glen Guin' or 'Glen of the Wild Geese' - it is hghly regarded as Scotland's most beautiful distillery. Residing close to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park - nestled into Dumgoyne Hill.
