Breaker Wheated Bourbon fills in as a counterpart for the brand's unique bourbon. Ascendant Spirits Distillery substitutes the rye in the mash bill with wheat, which makes a whiskey that is slightly gentler on the palate. Aged in new, highly charred, White American Oak barrels for at least 5 years, only eight barrels are chosen for each batch. Packaged in California, refined in Wyoming.
Vanilla, nectar, a trace of molasses, dark chocolate and a whiff of campfire fire smoke. Zesty cinnamon offset by honey underneath with vanilla and hint of molasses cookies. Wood, corn and exquisite hot flavors. Profound complex barrel notes with only a trace of corn smell.
