100% Torrontes. At El Porvenir de Cafayate, they have always had a vision: to create exceptionally high-quality wines while working sustainably and with each vintage to achieve wines that are true and honest expressions of their terroir. Laborum, meaning "from our work," is their single-vineyard line. It is the reflection of their labor, their care of the vineyards, and the integration in the winery which results in these artisanal-focused and genuine varietal wines. Laborum, their varietal expression, is Cafayate's footprint on the world. The ideal land for Torrontes, the altitude, the soil, and the sunny days give this aromatic wine an intense floral note, good acidity, and freshness. This wine comes from 45-year-old vineyards.
