Four generations have passed since the return voyage to their homeland of this young Italian immigrant family for a holiday. The youngest daughter, Daniela, fell in love with a steward on the vessel that set sail to Italy. His name was Bodan. Daniela and he never returned but wed instead and soon after had two children, Bodan and Roan.

The new vintage Bodan Roan is just like the last, bright delicious fruit, smooth texture and excellent balance. An amazing value wine from the San Joaquin Valley, this Cabernet stands up to many California Cabernet's in a much higher price point. With medium acidity and tannins, this is a crowd-pleasing and versatile wine that will pair well with many foods: pizza, BBQ chicken, or a burger from the grill.
