Azua Reserve 2008

This wine has an intense ripe cherry color with purple tones. The nose shows scents of ripe fruits and spices typical of the variety. Balanced wine with body and great personality. Perfect for serving with red meats and game, roasted and grilled, pasta with strong, spicy sauces, and cheeses.

This wine proceeds of the vineyards of Villamalea (Albacete) that characterises by his calcareous soil and by an altitude of 800m. These fields have some performance from among 3000 to 4000 Kg. by hectare and gather in October when the fruits are just right optimum of maduration. After the hardvest ferments in vats of oak of 25000 litres and after happen to barrels of French oak and American where rest 12 months.
