Aymara Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
This wine denotes a semi-intense ruby red color. Excellent, all the more as the oak ageing emphasizing its virtues. When young, its aromas and flavors remind of dried fruits, black pepper and blackcurrant, with age, coco, tobacco, vanilla and coffee given by its passing through 12 months in new French oak barrels.
Aymara wines are beautifully handcrafted in the one-of-a-kind vineyard that frame the foothills of Los Andes. Same place where the Aymara ethnic group culture have been expanded for more than 2000 years in the highlands of South America. Aymara people worshiped the sun god "Inti" and the earth goddess "Pachamama" who kept their ancestral worldview based on the arrival of each new year to the welfare and good fertilization of the crop.
