Our two-year old AppleJack is aged in used bourbon barrels from one of the famed Kentucky bourbon distilleries. It starts with an aroma of nutmeg and butterscotch that changes as it sits in the glass to more of a molasses note.
Apple Country Spirits (ACS) is a farm Distillery Located in Williamson, NY. We produce fine quality, fruit based spirits. It is a division of CELK Distilling, LLC. ACS was formed in 2012 by David W DeFisher, operator of and co-owner (with his father, William) of DeFisher Fruit Farms, a 4th generation, family owned fruit farm. ACS is the next step in assuring the continued success of this family owned operation.
