Produced and bottled by La Casa del Rey S.A. Alta Vista Classic wines have the intense aromas and fine, blanced flavors that are typical of their grape varieties when careful winegrowers farm some of their best vineyards.
Pale yellow color with light-green touches. Intense but delicate fruit aromas of white roses, pink grapefruit, and pears. Fresh and intense in the mouth with a mineral character and balanced acidity. It is suggested to serve this torrontes as an aperitif or with fish, seafood, Japanese and Thai cuisine, or with a cheese fondue. Recommended serving temperature of 45–47 degrees F.
