Tastes soft, medium thickness with a round structure with a dense network of noble tannins. Scents of intense and persistent rich berry notes.
Vinification happens in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures favoring prolonged skins-must contact. The malolactic fermentation takes place in the month of novembre.L'affinamento takes place in cement tanks for at least 6/8 months and then in bottle for a period not less than six months.
