Adriatico Amaretto Roasted
Adriatico was created by Jean-Robert Bellanger in Puglia, Italy. His mother used to add two drops of Amaretto to his favourite dessert: Tiramisu. This new generation of Amaretto is made only with high-quality natural ingredients, made in Italy.
The almonds used are Apulian almonds, known for its excellent taste along with Filippo Cea almonds. They’re handpicked, then roasted for hours before undergoing a macerated and distilling process. They are then combined with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and a pinch of coffee. Cane sugar is used to a lesser extent than traditional Amaretto. Finally, Jean-Robert adds a pinch of saline salt from Margherita di Savoia, to bring a delicate touch that evokes the Adriatic Sea.
Perfect as an aperitif and with the most elaborate cocktails.
