Characteristic fruit aroma with hints of forest berries against an elegant backdrop of oak and a whiff of vanilla. This medium-bodied wine is ready to drink now but will keep beautifully in the bottle for the coming three years. The wine is ideal for serving with Mediterranean-style cold salads, beef or veal, herb lamb kebabs, richly flavored pastas, or hard aromatic cheeses such as pecorini.
