From Yaffo Winery’s flagship series. A rich wine with a hint of spices, cinnamon and black fruits and a generous, round finish that lingers. The grapes are hand-picked in a night harvest from the sole vineyard owned by the Winery in the Ella Valley. The wine is then aged in oak casks for 24 months. Composition: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc.
“Wine is made in the vineyard” as the French saying goes. At the Yaffo Winery they live by this rule and consider their vineyards to be the most important part of their wine making process. Their wines contain an abundance of flavors which embody the fascinating stories of the Ela Valley.
