Very ripe strawberries and raspberries with hints of cranberry. This wine has a creamy texture, yet it is delicate and fresh with a crisp finish. Grapes grown from some of the most choice land in the surrounding region of La Motte en Provence, consisting primarily of Grenache, Rolle (Vermentino), Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren.
Whispering Angel is a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Morvedre grapes. This has become one of the “must have” Roses from Provence, and the beautifully shaped bottle has made it a customer favorite! Sacha Lichine, son of the renowned Alexis, hasn’t ceased to combine his talent and wine making know how and so has given a new dimension to Provence Rose.
Forever Young Rosé is an elegant wine that comes from Côtes de Provence, France. It has hints of citrus zest with a fresh flavor of clementines and is balanced. For the production process, the grapes are de-stemmed and then left for maceration. It is then put in a stainless steel container for fermentation at a controlled temperature, in which the whole process is very carefully checked and then matured in oak barrels. Forever Young Rosé pairs well with salads, risottos, chicken and seafood dishes.

The Psagot Rose is a blend of red grape varietals. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 700 meters. The wine is a nice looking, very salmon colored, almost fading to a touch of brick color. The aromas are very calm with some hints of grapefruit, lemon zest.
