The wine is made from specially selected Kisi grapes in Akhmeta region. It is characterized by a light straw color, a refined and harmonious taste, aromas of field flowers and citrus.
Kisi grape were selected from our old vineyards, and fermented for six months in the traditional clay vessel - Ovevri buried in the ground in our wine cellar. After the primary fermentation the wine is pressed and transferred to the French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation. Aromas of dried peach, pines and white flowers, The palate is full, with flavors of black tea and pears supported by firm tannins, followed by a long lingering finish.
It is made from grapes of the variety of Kisi. It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is well combined with white meat, with Georgian cheese, seafood, salads, poultry meat and vegetables.
