A well-balanced expression of fruit and oak elements fills the palate with cassis, bright cherry, dark berry, toast, cedar, and a hint of vanilla. Round but structured, with well-knit tannins that impart texture and length on the finish.

The origin of Lot C-91 began in the fall of 1969 when Joe Heitz created this one-off cuvée, which was very normal in those days, as a more premium version of his already iconic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon bottling. Joe envisioned Lot C-91 as a greater step up in quality from the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, with a higher quality of fruit sourcing, coming exclusively from the sought-after single vineyards of Heitz Cellar.

Tasting Note: With an ample and deep bouquet, it offers hints of berries and spices combined with mineral and balsamic notes. On the palate it reflects the extraordinary complexity and elegance characterized by marked minerality and important tannins and a finish of remarkable persistence.

A wine that has acquired an increasingly well-defined identity over the years and that in 2019, also on the strength of a spectacular harvest and the confirmation of the addition of Cabernet Franc in the blend, undoubtedly marks its territorial connotation.

The color on the Colombaio di Cencio Futuro is a very intense ruby red, the nose is captivating and spicy, with hints of toasted wood. On the palate it is ripe, with notes of black pepper, dried berries, while the finish is well balanced, full-bodied and long.

100% Tempranillo aged for three or four months in new barrels. Its short ageing adds complexity to the red fruits and liquorice aromas of this fresh Rioja. Picturesque and enchanting landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery El Coto de Rioja conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience.

Khidistauri Is a dry red wine made from Tavkveri, Shavkapito, Goruli mtsvane and Chinuri grape varieties originated from the Kartli region. The wine is fermented in the oak vats, it has ruby color and delicious aromas of forest berries. It is mouthfeel, medium-bodied wine with long finish that perfectly pairs with the steak and chicken dishes.
