This classic Pinot Noir displays a dark ruby red color with bright red fruit notes of fresh cherry and strawberries. It is bright and smooth in the mouth with nice freshness and layers of flavor, delivering excellent length on the palate. Very approachable and food friendly.

This wine is huge, expansive and profound. There are wood-smoke and tobacco fragrances alongside blackberry and dark cherry flavors. The body is full and thick however there are delicate tannins in the surface.

The Dalton Winery is set in the beautiful green, mountainous country of the Upper Galilee, five kilometres from the Lebanese border, overlooking the Hermon Mountain.

Josh Cellars Hearth was crafted for chilly nights spent curled up by a warm fire with the ones you love. Big, rich and velvety, this Cabernet Sauvignon bursts with flavors of blackberry, chocolate and toasted hazelnut and has a long, lingering finish.

Full and round on the palate, with a dense core of fruit, balanced acidity, well-integrated oak, and polished, neatly-defined tannins. A hint of minerals and dusting of cocoa powder lingers on the finish. Give it a light decant, and enjoy with herbed rack of lamb.
