Or Haganuz - a unique blend of Mount Meron terroir and selected vineyards rich with history that can be traced back for centuries. The result is high quality boutique wines with a distinctive identity. This wine was produced from northern Galilee Sauvignon Bland and Chardonnay grapes froth Avtalion and Yohanan vineyards.

Mt. Amasa is made from grapes grown in the unique terroir of Yatir Forest. The wine was matured for 5 months in combination concrete amphorae, 500 liter oak barrels and stainless steel vats. Mt. Amasa is the meeting place between the Judean Hills, Negev and Judean Desert. 52% Viognier 33% Chenin Blanc 15% Roussanne.

La Vie Blanc Du Castel 2023 is a beautifully crafted blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer, each varietal contributing its unique character to this crisp white wine.

A young sweet white wine- 50% Emerald Riesling & 50% Colombard- Blending these two varieties creates a wine full of life and aromatic variety, displaying tropical, fruity and even floral aromas with a touch of sweetness, which naturally compliments the lush fruit flavors these varieties hold.

Teperberg Vision White is a dry white wine from Israel's Judean Hills. With aromas of lemon and apple, it has a smooth taste with a gentle, fruity finish. 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% French Colombard.

The Psagot Sinai White is delicately floral, fruity, elegant and refreshing. With aromas of rose petals, melon and citrus, the palate is fresh and fleshy with soft notes of peach and citrus.

Light straw color. Exotic, fresh aroma of ripe pear and guava. Mouth filling fruit flavors. A refreshing acidity with a long and lasting finish. Chardonnay 90% | Grenache Blanc 10%

A unique blend of 3 noble white grape varietals – Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon – from Upper Galilee vineyards at 700m elevation, producing very high quality grapes. On arrival at the winery, whole clusters were gently pressed.

Slightly sweet and aromatic, full of tropical fruit aromas, with Muscat flavors folded into delicate, pleasant floral notes. The Muscat of Alexandria grapes arrived to the winery in the morning after being mechanically harvested.
