Dalton's Canaan Red is a flavorful blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petite Sirah. A medium-bodied red wine bursting with flavors of forest fruit, berries, and hints of vanilla and cloves, this is a wine that is easy to drink. Best if served at room temperature, around 61 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit. Pairs well with pasta and pizza.
The 2023 Mount Hermon Red displays aromatic cherry and berry fruit characters, complemented by hints of orange peel and fresh herbs. With a medium-to-full body, this flavorful wine is great for everyday enjoyment.
The Argaman variety, which was developed at the Volcani Institute in Israel, produces wines with deep purple color, and pronounced fresh fruit aroma. The Argaman is a strong growing, vigorous variety. It has been used mainly to improve the color of inexpensive table wines.
The wine is colored deep red, with aromas of blackcurrant and plum. It has a full fruit flavor and a long finish. It was aged in small French barrels for 10 months.
