Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon is simply one of the finest Cabernet Sauvignons produced in Israel. Only perfect grapes from carefully-chosen vineyards make it to the winery for this lot.
This Bordeaux blend was delicately crafted from grapes that were handpicked from Castel's Israeli vineyards. Aged in stainless steel tanks after fermentation the Castel La Vie Rouge Du Castel exhibits youthful and fresh characters.
Family winery since 1848 in Jerusalem. The Capital label represents quality and elegance. The wine is made from the finest vineyards in Judean Hills. It was aged in small French oak barrels for 12 months.

This Classico wine is made from grapes grown in the "Mata" vineyard at the heart of the Judean Hills. After traditional vinification, the wine is aged for 10 months in French & American oak barrels.
Psagot Merlot is a rich wine, characterized by a tight body and an acidic backbone. This wine features aromas of red forest fruit, red plum, red and black cherry, and a touch of green.
One of Israel's finest red blends, Flam Noble is sourced from the Galilee's pristine Dishon, Ben Zimra, and Mata vineyards. Elegant in its composition, this wine is aged for 20 months in new French oak giving it a well-balanced and robust character suitable for any fine dining experience.
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah- The nose is brimming with aromas of black currants and figs. The grapes have been carefully selected to impart a tightly-knit structure and a pleasant jammy texture. This wine is one of the noble cuvées of the Nadiv range; 18 months of aging in French oak barrels rounds out a wine that is complex and elegant.
This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot, which means that the grapes will not be revealed but I'm guessing there is either some Syrah or Zinfandel due to the spicy nature of the wine.
Mosaic is Shiloh's flagship. The wine has an opaque and dark-purple color. It has intense fruit aromas, along with black raspberry, roasted coffee beans, and a cacao bouquet.
