50% Malbec, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon fermented and aged in stainlees steel. Pielihueso is a father/daughter project in Los Chacayes, Uco Valley in Mendoza. Bright, floral, and a touch herbal. Alejandro and Celina make wines fermented with native yeast and a low addition of sulfur added just before bottling; their style is making light, bright, clean and vibrant wines!

Yellow color with golden highlights. Toasted French oak, white fruit, pineapple, and lightly toasted almond aromas throughout. Papi Chardonnay has prevalent acidity, yet is quite creamy on the palette, making this wine tremendously refreshing and well balanced.

With our usual earlier pick date, the 2021 retained freshness and acidity, allowing the spice, as well as a bit of Cahors earthiness to show itself. Our goal is to express the vintage and to achieve elemental balance within all the components. Thereby showing the complexity within Malbec to match a wide range of foods from meat dishes to pastas, and Mediterranean fare.

Sourced from vines among Clos de Luz’s oldest vineyards, which makes them some of the oldest Malbec vines in Chile. Hand harvested in small crates for strict fruit selection. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, with pigeage every 2 days. Aged for 10-12 months in 225L and 300L French oak of different ages.

This 100% Malbec showcases the best and classic qualities of Mendoza. The nose comes alive with hints of mocha, blueberry, cherries, and rose petals that lead to a rich mouth feel held up by a good structure and smooth tannins.

Bright pale yellow colour with green hints. Expressive notes of lime and green apples with herbal hints. Palate is fresh, crisp, with a nice acidity and a very pleasant finish.

Los Riscos Pinot Noir showcases vibrant red fruit flavors on the palate, complemented by a subtle minerality that adds depth. Its smooth texture and balanced acidity lead to a long, lingering finish.

Pale straw color with yellow highlights. Great concentration of citric fruits, pineapple and white owers. Nice acidity, light body and distinct notes of citric fruit in the finish.
