Mt. Amasa is made from grapes grown in the unique terroir of Yatir Forest. The wine was matured for 5 months in combination concrete amphorae, 500 liter oak barrels and stainless steel vats. Mt. Amasa is the meeting place between the Judean Hills, Negev and Judean Desert. 52% Viognier 33% Chenin Blanc 15% Roussanne. Displaying golden, pale greenish hues. This wine is composed of 61% Shiraz, 20% Zinfandel, 12% Marselan and 7% Grenache, deriving from various regions in the Negev. Each wine was aged individually in large oak vats and concrete vats for 9 months. This created a refreshing fruity wine that will pair well with Mediterranean cuisine.
