The 2019 Barolo Ravera di Monforte is a powerful, searing wine. Red cherry fruit, leather, cedar, mint, iron, white pepper and dried flowers build in a mid-weight, tannic Barolo that is going to need time to be at its best.

The Negroamaro “PARITARU” pays homage to the figure of the “Paritaru,” the skilled artisan who, with his craftsmanship and knowledge, was able to build the “Pajaru”, a rural structure constructed using the dry stone wall method, which served as a refuge for farmers and shepherds.

Power wine. Dark fruit, ash, nutmeg, earthy and mushrooms. Long complex finish. Light smoke and leather in the end.

Tenute Capaldo is a boutique estate who produces only two single-vineyard wines: Goleto and Gulielmus. They are effectively the reference points for Campanian Greco di Tufo and Campanian Taurasi (Aglianico). This is a passion project of Antonio Capaldo, the owner of Feudi di San Gregorio, one of the largest and most respected wineries in Southern Italy.

Intense ruby red in color, with garnet hints. On the nose, the wine expresses floral notes with delicate and intense violet notes. On the palate it’s a harmonious and well-defined wine with elegant tannins and a sapid and mineral persistence.

Cherry and violet aromas, persistent and rounded flavors of spices and mushroom. Great structure with elegant finesse.

Garnet red with brilliant hues, this elegant wine expresses a fine bouquet with notes of small red fruits, rose petals and tea leaves. The tannins are fine and aristocratic, and the finish is long and full of flavor.

Pair with risotto, braised veal shank, or lamb with herbs.

Ruby red with violet hues. Intense and broad aromatic baggage, where notes of succulent red fruits emerge and give way to spicy characters of licorice and roasted coffee. Powerful and structured, with velvety tannins in balance with a vibrant, crisp character. Finish of remarkable length and savoriness.

Buglioni L'Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is an intense ruby red color. Scents of cherry, black cherry, and white pepper, with mineral notes. Soft, fresh, and elegant with a long lasting finish.
Pairs well with red meats, game, and mature or strongly flavored cheeses.

Dark ruby red color. Intense and elegant aromas of ripe fruit and spices, with a slight scent of vanilla and tobacco. Persistent and warm taste, velvety and harmonic.
Fine red meat, chateaubriand and beef fillet, risotto, medium-high aged cheeses. Its slender shape helps cleanse the palate when combined with stews, ragù or with the classic Veronese boiled meats.

Rich in aromas of honey and apple, this wine offers high acidity with a crisp and refreshing finish. Best served slightly chilled.
